Water Sessions
We have access to the water from dawn to dusk on weekdays, and encourage all members to make as much use of it as they can. To book a session, please contact your Squad Leader.
At weekends, we run Squad Priority Sessions at the times below.
Please note we are not currently operating usual Squad Session times due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Thursdays, 7 - 8.30pm
An energising mix of stretches, weights and cardio designed to support rowing-specific movements. Circuits are usually tackled in pairs so it's a great way to buddy up and get to know your fellow members.
