Water Sessions
We have access to the water from dawn to dusk on weekdays, and encourage all members to make as much use of it as they can. To book a session, please contact your Squad Leader.
We run Squad Priority Sessions at the times below.

In the winter evenings, we arrange Squad Priority Sessions as well as adhoc sessions for small groups.
Adhoc sessions can continue to be booked throughout the summer.

Circuits
Winter only
Thursdays, 7 - 8.30pm
An energising mix of stretches, weights and cardio designed to support rowing-specific movements. Circuits are usually tackled in pairs so it's a great way to buddy up and get to know your fellow members.
