Safety & Welfare

Whilst we strive to perfection in all of our sessions, accidents will happen but through regularly reviewing our safety documents we can reduce the risk.

It's very important that we keep a record of any incidents or near misses so that we can keep our members safe and our equipment in good working order.

If you have an incident or near miss please report it to our Safety Officer and British Rowing (British Rowing membership is required).

It's also very important that ALL of our members feel safe and happy at the rowing club.

If you have any concerns about this, please contact our Welfare Officer. They will be able to confidentially deal with your report and make sure that everyone continues to enjoy rowing at Damflask.
