Step One: Create an account (free)

• Go to http://fitclub.site

• Select "Sign Up" in the top right corner

• Enter your email address

• Check your email account - you should find a "Sign Up" email from fitclub.site

• Open the email and click the link to continue back to FitClub

• Complete the sign-up process by filling in a password, your name details and agree with the terms and conditions.  Click ‘Sign Up’

Step Two: 'Join' the club

• Click login, enter your email address and chosen password.  

• Under My Clubs (top right),  click 'Join a club'  In the search box, type ‘City of Sheffield’

• On the right, click ‘Join’ next to City of Sheffield

A message will now be sent to the Admins.  You'll get an email notification once you've been added to the relevant Squad calendars

Step Three: Update your availability

• Click the 'Me' icon (top left), then select 'Availability'.  Enter Y (Yes) or N (No) against each session.

Top Tip: save FitClub to your homescreen 

• This will enable you to come back and update your availability nice and easily for future sessions
